Francis is a Columbia University credentialized Professional Executive Coach and International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC). He is co-founder of CEMM – an international licensee for Franklin Covey in Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and Togo.
He received his Master of Science in Information Resources Management (MSIRM) from Syracuse University, and is a candidate for a doctorate in Adult Learning and Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University. He is a certified Generative Facilitator through the Generative Facilitation Institute (GFI) in Berlin, Germany. He is a veteran of the United States Army Reserve.
Francis has coached leaders and teams to anticipate and respond to business challenges through building a high trust, communicating a shared vision, translating strategic plans to daily behaviors and achieving breakthrough performance.
He takes a progressive adult education approach to learning development and understands that coaching is a learning partnership that places learner needs, interests, and experiences as key elements in learning. He believes that the learner has inherent resourcefulness to lead their own learning. Francis has experience using multi-rater feedback with clients and helps leaders and teams to build awareness and reflect on their style and impact on others.
